All content on AI PixFix — including the interface, graphics, copy, and code — is owned by AI PixFix or its licensors and is protected by copyright law.
You retain full ownership of any files you process using our tools. We claim no rights over your content.
No warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce results meeting your specific requirements.
Always keep backups of important files before processing them with any online tool.

Meme templates
The 1,764 meme templates available in the Meme Generator come from the public meme-template library aggregated by imgflip.com. Imgflip itself does not claim ownership of the underlying images — their Terms of Service state that “users retain ownership of images they upload”, meaning Imgflip operates as a platform that compiles a folk-culture catalogue rather than as the rights-holder of any particular template.
Individual photos, film stills and artwork inside each template are owned by their original creators and are used here under principles of transformative use — every template is presented as a blank starting canvas for the user's own creative caption, not as a stand-alone image. AI PixFix does not sell the templates, watermark them with our brand, or claim authorship over them.
If you are the rights-holder of a template (or an identifiable subject photographed in one) and would like it removed, please contact us via our contact page. We will review takedown requests in good faith and remove a template within 48 hours of receiving a verifiable request.
Changes to the service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
